Membership

GSHO is an all voluntary owners membership organization supported by owners without membership fees or dues.  As we strive to be a valid repository of information for owners and stakeholders, you must meet the criteria established for a membership class.
We are members of the Mount Vernon Council of Citizens Associations (MVCCA) and need volunteers to represent Gum Springs Homeowners (GSHO).  Consider being a GSHO representative.  MVCCA meetings are currently being held via Zoom.  We will need representation on the following committees:
  • Budget & Finance (the first Wednesday of each month)
  • Education (meets 3-times during the year—beginning, middle and end but may schedule additional meetings)
  • Environmental & Recreation (first Wednesday of each month)
  • Planning & Zoning (the first Monday of each month)
  • Public Safety (date to be determined)
  • Transportation (first Monday of each month)
  • Special Committee on Storm Water Management (date to be determined)
